He will sell one day, till now everybody can freely see it, use it. printing on magagine or paper is devil kind of task and they will become millionaire in just one night by reusing his content and he will be in great loss. You have pointed out the misuse which is possible in every licence. What I am insisted that NC is useless as far as "Content" is concerned.
