​This market has been always been there, i am looking at the secondary
market of startups where skilled man power is lacking , i see some steps in
that direction from institutions like NRCFOSS , but still there is no data
to look up and say these courses are building those FOSS skills and these
students(products) are employable in the startup ecosystem.​

​Server space support/admin jobs have grown and will continue to grow ,
Product Development Jobs are on all time high with FOSS programming skills
in demand .​

​ there is one genre of ​ FOSS policy/intervention/evangelizing   jobs
which Venky is very familiar with are hard to find in India.
