Go to poll.opensolaris.org and look at the grants. A harder question is how we know who should be a Core Contributor. Core Contributors are voting members of OpenSolaris, and if we have too many people named as Core Contributors -- particularly ones who don't bother to vote in elections -- then we risk having voided elections due to low turn-out.
