That's very good to hear as they've popped up on some other open source projects and I was going to send an email asking if anyone had heard of them or was looking into their stuff. Something that came up in recent discussion was how do people know what their NIC supports? And more importantly, how does someone know that the $1000 NIC they bought from Sun is more (or less) capable than the $10 NIC they can buy from frys? This goes for not just whether or not a feature is supported but also to what extent (i.e. how many rx/tx rings, size of buffering, etc.) Cheers, Darren _______________________________________________ networking-discuss mailing list [email protected]
