Revolt: Somewhere on the Store site there is a way of tracking orders -- I'd try that first. It's possible that DHL lost his DVDs. However, if the order hasn't been shipped, a firm, but polite, e-mail to M. Demoulin might work. Eight weeks is way too long -- hell, 9.1 was released in April. How long does it take to burn the disks? Key point: Is your friend still recommending to his other friends that they buy Mandrake from the store? -- cmg
