The only importing of themes I have found thus far is related to
Icons in the KDE Control Center. Have to check out www.kde.org.
My sounds are working for me. I am wondering if you have the
'Start aRTx soundserver on KDE startup' checked. It is in the
KDE Control Center, under Sound -> Sound Server. I also have the
response time set at Comfortable (250ms). Then you can go into
LookNFeel-> System Notifications and choose your sounds. You have
to restart KDE to have it take effect.
