In France. It is part of the govt policy to allow everyone to access the internet at High speed. I live in a small hamlet in the mountains ( Pyrenees) and DSL through phone line is impossible ( they would ned to change several km of ancient lines) so the village will be �connected� to a satellite. I don�t know how the relay is going to work for a lot of us live some 2-3 km from the village, so very spread out. I read somewhere that individuals will have small dishes ( +-30cm) but nobody around here knows much more Maryse
