Yes, you will need a bootable floppy. The link I posted before was for
an image of a bootable floppy. You can use dd to write the bootable
image to a formated floppy. You may also be able to write it to an
unformated floppy, but it may not work. I usualy use fdformat to format
the floppy, but a fresh, out of the box pre-formatted floppy will work
just fine. (Do they sell unformatted floppies any more?)
