Here, I do. EXT2 partition don't recover very well from power failure. When rebooting, the system takes a lot of time, forcing a fsck... with EXT3, (which is EXT2 + journaling), the system restarts correctly and quickly. It only reapply the last operations from the journal, and that's it.
