Hi, I am using the Mandriva Limited Edition 2005 (LE2005) on my desktop computer and want it to hibernate to disk. My kernel version is 2.6.11, and I have the "suspend-scripts-1.8.7-3.mdk" and "hibernate" script installed. The hibernate script uses the configuration file named "hibernate.conf" which is kept in "/etc/hibernate" folder. I edit the configuration file and uncomment the "UseSysfsPowerState mem" and changed it to "UseSysfsPowerState disk", and uncomment to "EnsurLILOResumes yes". System seems hibernated and shut down. After hibernating I restart the computer and see the "LILO, Resuming ...." line, It starts booting but in a few seconds it drop the textscreen and enters the like-re-hibernate mode, and shuts down. After a few seconds it restars again itself, the norma lilo graphic screen appears but, it says me that the system shuts down uncleanly before and enters the verbose mode booting.. What do i have to do to run hibernate script correctly? Best regards..
