You might like to check out fortune. It is on your CDs, and there are a whole
host of fortune quote packages, some on the CDs, other on the PLF download
mirrors.

Go here (http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/) to add a PLF source to your software
install GUI. (Add a source for 'contrib' too to get access to 100's of apps
not on the CDs)

Ah, thank you. fortune is already installed on my Linux box. Now I just need to figure out how to use it to create a signature in Evolution. If you have any thoughts on that I would be very happy to receive them.
