I am indeed a newbie. Can someone explain to me why sometimes I have to change mirrors 5 times to complete an update.
I have been learning since 8.0. I have not yet learned why the update process is so badly organized. Tell me a mirror lags real time............I understand Tell me mirrors are down for various reasons.......I understand Tell me that it is EVERY GD TIME I UPGRADE......I don't understand. The hardest single act in Linux for me has been upgrade. Rarely do I have a problem-free experience with urpmi in any of it's magical forms. Am I stupid?
