Not so. There are no mirrors available to Club members that are not also available to the general public with the exception of the club server itself which contains only those proprietary packages that cannot appear on the free download edition for licensing reasons. Mandriva has no control at all over the mirrors. They do not pay to have their distro put on the mirrors, and you do not pay to use them. As it happens there is actually an application available to test mirror quality (Don't ask me for it I do not remember where to find it), but I find the simple way to test how good a mirror is is to just browse it with konqueror. If it is unresponsive and takes a long time to do downloads, then don't use it. You have been given several examples of fast mirrors. Now use them. derek -- www.jennings.homelinux.net ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
