I noticed that every once in awhile, my swap file is in use, and I'm not doing
anything. With 512MB of RAM, I don't see why the swap file should be used at
all unless I'm doing something pretty intense.

I ran 'top', and noticed that something called kdm_greet was using rather more
'virt' than anything else. Could this be it? And what the heck is kdm_greet,
anyway? I don't even have KDE installed, and I don't use a graphical login :-\

Thanks!
