Open a shell window, and type: ls /usr/bin/oo* You will see the funny names that the oo2 binaries have been given. A useful exercise would be to set up symbolic links to "better" names. The version I am using claims to be 2.01, but the binaries are all named "something1.9", like "ooffice1.9","oowriter1.9", etc. All you need to do is (as root), type the following: ln -s /usr/bin/ooffice1.9 /usr/bin/ooffice ln -s /usr/bin/oowriter1.9 /usr/bin/oowriter and so on... I should like to know why version 2.x is named 1.9. cheers Duncan Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
