If you have a network connection then you can do a network install after 
booting from a floppy. another choice is to check the manufacturers web site 
to see if they do a bios upgrade that enables booting from usb. Again you 
will need a floppy drive to install the bios upgrade. If you are unsure about 
the bios upgrade post the manufacturer and model of laptop and I will go and 
have a look for you.
