Right, it is still in main.
mlocate and slocate have been moved back and forth between main and
contrib several times since mlocate was introduced.
At first, even while it was in contrib, it was set to obsolete/provide
slocate and you could not even use urpmi to install slocate.
It finally been set to only conflict so they you can have "either or"
installed.
