Update: I was able to get the non-accelerated mode working with my Radeon 64 DDR VIVO by setting "accel" to "noaccel". Of course, I'm not sure what use this card will be to me running in this gimpy mode. I guess I'm either a little disappointed (especially considering the COMPUSA salesman was really pushing the Radeon card as being better for Linux, Mesa, and OpenGL than other cards), or a little inspired to try and help write a better driver. So who is working on the ATI driver these days? Anyone?
Thanks for the tip. David McLure -- __________________________________________________________________ Your favorite stores, helpful shopping tools and great gift ideas.
