Dear sir Many thanks fro your reply.i grately appriciate your help.actually in my side isp i am using send mail for that it is allready configured 5 minutes to flush the mail.but in this ms exchange case but if i connect same exchange server to LAN it is distributing email without any problem.but if i connect that ms exchange server using dialup line it is not distributing email.is it problem in dns data updating or something else.at that time if i put maual flash it is reciving mail. i put dns entry for that domain i put mx enty client domain and also backup for my domain. i did not create any user for that.i did not create any virtual domain maping for that user.for vpop3 i map all the domain mails to one user.if i did for that ms exchange it is not picking that mail. in my isp server if i put manual telnet server 25                                               ETRN servercus it is reciving email to ms exchange server.otherwise it is not reciving mail.is it posible to do it using AT command.plese advise me thanking you
