Hello,
I'm having some problems with XDM. For some reason, I can only run
it once. If I exit from it through Ctrl+Alt+F1, and then type xdm at
the prompt, nothing happens. It is as though I had just pressed
enter. When I type startx, it says that the server is already running
because of the lock file. Is there supposed to be a more appropriate way
for exiting xdm? Thanks
