And i think the validator is right there: If two ways are sharing a node thant these elements have a usable connection. Tunnels + Bridges and their crossing/undergoing ways should therefore not be connected at all. If you update JOSM don't forget to enter the JOSM settings -> "Plugins"-Tab and hit update there to get your plugins updated as well. If you problem persists...
