Hi Xan, there is no real standard way to do so. You can use the tracktype=* according to the philosophy of it's creator (differs a lot from it's use in all editors). This tag is really smart as long as circumstances are middle-european. In Spain, the scheme may be inadequate.
Have a look on my user page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User_talk:Tmeller The complexity:usecase=* scheme is no standard as well but may be closer to what you aim at. Currently it is simply put a good idea to be consistent in what you do. It doesn't matter so much how you do it. There will be need to get it fixed someday anyway. Create a stylesheet of you own and make others in your surroundings tag accordingly. There is no 'wrong', as there is no 'right' as well. :-| -------- Original-Nachricht -------- > Datum: Fri, 26 Mar 2010 15:28:40 +0100 > Von: Xan <[email protected]> > An: [email protected] > Betreff: Re: [OSM-newbies] highway=path, type={primary, secundary}? > En/na Jonathan Bennett ha escrit: > > On 25/03/2010 20:20, Xan wrote: > > > >> Hi, > >> > >> Is there any way of marking the "importance" of a path?
