CONSULTATIONS ABOUT FORMING THE NEW FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:
FIRST CONSULTATIONS IN DOS
PODGORICA - Consultations about forming a new Federal Government start today
between the leaders of the Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS), while the
members of the Federal Cabinet from Montenegro will join the talks tomorrow.
Federal Premier Zoran Zizic resigned because the agreement between the DOS
and Montenegrin opposition Socialists People's Party (SNP) was broken by
DOS - Zizic explained, reminding that the entire federal Cabinet had fallen.
The SNP claims it agreed with the DOS that there would not be extradition of
ex Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic except there was a special federal
law on cooperation with the Hague Tribunal which obliges them to do so.
NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN DSS AND NS:
CONSULTATIONS ABOUT A NEW FEDERAL PREMIER DESIGNATE
PODGORICA - Negotiations about forming a new Federal Government, after
resignation of Premier Zoran Zizic, starts today at the latest tomorrow -
the Cabinet of FRY President Vojilsav Kostunica announced.
It has been announced that the most important positions in the new Federal
Government might be offered to the representatives of the People's party
(NS). The Montenegrin opposition Socialists People's Party (SNP) has been
invited for negotiations with Yugoslav President about forming the new
Federal Government.
By now there has not been any information from the SNP about their
participation in the negotiations.
PEOPLE'S PARTY:
NEW PREMIER DESIGNATE FROM PEOPLE'S PARTY?
PODGORICA - The best solution for the post of the Yugoslav Premier designate
would be someone from the People's Party (NS), the junior coalition partner
of the Socialists People's Party (SNP) - President of the Executive Board of
the People's Party (NS) Predrag Drecun said.
Drecun denied media information that he could be a new Yugoslav
Premier-designate, claiming that had no official talks concerning this
matter.
But yesterday he said the daily ''Vijesti'' that it would not be realistic
solution to give him that post, because NS has not MPs in Yugoslav
Parliament. He assessed that the next FRY Premier - designate should be
leader of the SNP Predrag Bulatovic.
THE DONORS' CONFERENCE:
EXPECTATIONS OF MONTENEGRO FULFILLED
PODGORICA - The Donors' Conference in Brussels fulfilled completely the
expectations of the Montenegrin delegation - Montenegrin Minister of Finance
Miroslav Ivanisevic said.
Ivanisevic expressed expectations that Montenegro would start using premised
aid very soon. The donors pledged for Montenegro more than 120 million
dollars.
He said the first investments would be carried out in the agricultural
sector.
MONTENEGRIN PARLIAMENT

KONSULTACIJE OKO FORMIRANJA NOVE FEDERALNE VLADE:
DANAS RAZGOVORI U OKVIRU DOS-a
PODGORICA - Konsultacije oko formiranja nove Savezne vlade pocece danas
saopstio, krsenja sporazuma izmedju DOS-a i crnogorske Socijalisticke
PREGOVORI DSS - NARODNA STRANKA:
KONSULTACIJE O NOVOM SAVEZNOM MANDATARU
ucescu u ovim razgovorima.
NARODNA STRANKA:
NOVI MANDATAR IZ NARODNE STRANKE?
PODGORICA - Predsjednik Izvrsnog odbora Narodne stranke (NS) Predrag Drecun
samo spekulacije, jer on o takvoj mogucnosti do sada nije imao nikakvih
zvanicnih kontakata.
nema poslanika u Saveznom Parlamentu.
O DONATORSKOJ KONFERENCIJI:
ISPUNJENA OCEKIVANJA CRNE GORE
PODGORICA - Ministar finansija u Vladi Crne Gore Miroslav Ivanisevic izjavio
Novu manjinsku vladu sacinjavaju Demokratska partija socijalista I njen
