They are persistent, and while I'm not sure if they are indexed or not
(I tend to think not), there are some off the shelf robots that will,
for example, post the wave content to blogs or wikis.  I would think
wave to email is either out there now or will be created rather
quickly.  You simply have to invite the desired robot to participate
in the wave.
