Thomasso my comment was mixed up with John Rayne talking about 'DDD purists' sorry ... There is a really clear theme in DDD about how 'one model to rule them all' always fails and you should be preferring many small models with concrete boundaries between them. If you have 600 entities in your domain you have rather obviously ignored this. When you say 600 entities do you mean 600 entities in many domains as opposed to within a single domain?
