I recently replaced a rusted out gas tank on a 85 Nighthawk 650. I did not realize that the replacement tank did not have the output "drain" to attach to the bike's evaporative emissions control system. I know that this is a California requirement.( I live in Vermont ) My question is can I bypass this by pinching the hose or is it more involved? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
