It is inexpensive, but I don't think it's cheap, because it is an o-ring chain. Even though the claim is made it requires no lubrication, I would still use a good chain lube, because the sprockets need lubrication. It will last a lot longer than 500 miles; like fifteen to thirty times that long, depending on the care you give it. But if you are going to have someone else do it, like a dealership, did that price include installation? It still seems a little high, but I don't know their hourly charge. Dennis could better answer that. He's the pro... Stanley

When I called for parts today they wanted $250.00 for a new chain and sprocket. I was taken back a little bit when I heard this. So I did a search for a chain and sprocket set on ebay for $110.00 (See Link) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-CB-750-CB750-Nighthawk-1991-03-Chain-Sprocket-Set_W0QQitemZ350235433041QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotorcycles_Parts_Accessories?hash=item518ba89851&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245 So I asking what do you guys think? Is it a cheap chain and sprocket set? will it break after 500miles? thanks __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
