I had to do some "modification" to my HJC. Helmet fit great but rested on the top of my forehead. To make it worse the HJC has a seam right at that point. Solution - dremel tool and grind out about 1/2 inch of the Styrofoam. A friend and fellow rider designs helmets for Bell. I could only wear the helmet for about 200 miles before the modifications, now I did 550 in a day with no pain - in my head.
Moral of the story - you can fix anything with a dremel, hammer and duct tape.
