How did you survive the America hating academics ?  We have a theory that a 
conservative sends his kids to school and they come back hating him. Also a 
saying, the best Americans wern't born here.

I became an American citizen after doing my graduate studies in American 
history and finding in spite of my professors that America's freedoms and 
greatness came directly from the impetus of the Judeo/Christian faith, no 
question about it. The freedom or tolerance towards other faiths coming and 
settling in America comes from the Christian faith.  It never ceases to amaze 
me.  Look at the founding constitutions of every state in the union and the 
words of the founding fathers ....
