I am looking for the same thing. I haven't found any alternative except for doing to the rack yourself. I though in the possibility of modifying the Honda rack + back rest to make it only rack. The only problem is that those are rather expensive and I am not sure about the stability after the modification. Please, let me know if you find a solution.
