The Y146 is made of unobtainium. The Givi mount will fit on a modified Hondaline rack. You just cut the backrest off and cap the stubbs. Although Hondaline racks for the '91 - '03 Nighthawk are getting hard to find, they're nowhere near as rare as the Givi Y146 mount. I've seen a few of the modified Hondaline racks with Givi top boxes and they appear to work well. Here's a pic :
