I have a 85' CB650SC that hasn't run since 94'. I purchased a replacement set of carbs (same as what came installed) that I rebuilt with new o-rings etc. The bike is now running but can't figure out the the air joint hose connections. There are two lines coming off the air joints which connect carbs 1-2 and another to 3-4 that go to a junction where there is just one line that needs to be connected to something. None of the books both Clymer and Honda show the routing. There's definitely a vacuum on them as if I put my finger over the "hole" the engine will stall. I can't believe it shouldn't be connected to something like the air cleaner as fresh air is being drawn into the carbs . No results were found when I searched the forums so any help would be greatly appreciated! I could send a picture of what it looks like if needed. Thanks to all for any help provided!
