HarborFreightTools has an "endless" hose clamp kit. It is a coil - 1/2"wide and 10 feet or so long - of spiral slit stainless steel strapping, and several screw type clamps. Or you could get some of that flexible perforated metal strapping from a hardware store and fashion it into more substantial securements than your zip ties. You know the kind, about a half inch wide with holes drilled in it.
