Personally the stock will give you more than enough grip for a hard
launch, and has the proper width for quick cornering without worry of
rolling the bead on a hard lean. Putting a fat tire on it may look
cool, but the handling will suffer. I'm sold on the Pirelli sport
demons, which btw are the stock size.
