Thinking of retiring (again) and touring the country. Been looking at the early naked Goldwings for this purpose and stumbled upon a specialist who restores them.
One of his vendors makes an interesting item, which caught my eye because he also makes it for the early Nighthawks. It's a machined piece which allows conversion of the OEM cannister oil filter assembly to accommodate late model automotive style spin-on type oil filters, like the 2nd gens (91-03) use.
