Hey Kurt there's no bashing here at all. My dad is a retired public school superintendent, and my brother and sister are still today teaching in the public school system. My wife and I were also schooled publicly. But the one-size-fits-all way of doing things just doesn't always work. That, however, doesn't negate the wonderful and gifted educators--like your mother--who have embodied our system of education for many years now.
