I noticed a drop in mpg when i went from a 30 to a 32 rear sprocket in the
250... But it also allowed me to do 60....

i used to get about 40 mpg with my 82 750 nh. i changed the sprockets,
dropping to 40 teeth in the rear and gained 10 mpg, and it doesnt have to pull
6000 rpm to do 70 now.
