First try www.pinwallcycle.com - they sell a lot of stuff on eBay and have had a lot of 750's over the last two years. They don't have one listed right now but they may have the parts you're looking for.
2 - Replace with stock bars. I waited on eBay and found a pair at a good price but if you live near a dealership your price for new stock bars should be better than buying off the web. There is a pair of bars from an 80's 750 on eBay for $25 - don't know if those would work - Item number: 120661989354 4 - eBay - I've seen both risers and mirrors that have longer arms. 9 - Slipstreamer #S-06 Spit Fire - several of us have these and they work well.
