Man, where are you in FL? 3 my seat was torn when I bought it. I went to JoAnns or any fabric store, and got a yard of vinyl. They also have sponges or felt or foam to use under it for cuishon or support, Then just use a staple gun. 5JPcycles, JCwhitneys or Cycle gear can all get you mirrors for about $14 for two. 6some Wal Marts have saddle bags for $65. 7I have throttle lock on mine. Love it, especially on long rides. 8You should get 45mpg + with stock setup. A taller front sprocket should help some. Webster or Palatka FL have monthly bike swap days. Want cheap stuff? Go there.
