Thanks for all the replies.  The thing that I had the most concern
about was that the owner had just replaced the rectifier and
stator.....   I was really worried about the entire electrical system
if he replaced the stator and rectifier at 24,000 miles.  Hopefully it
was replaced with the one doesn't fry the stator.  Other than that the
tires are new and the owner has taken great care of it for the 4,000
miles he's owned it.
