Any chance that one of the old “thermos” type caps with an adjustable expansion lever would work? Check your hardware store. They have tapered rubber plugs in various sizes.

Got here and leave it on the side stand. I just went to the parking lot and most of the oil is on the floor. Apparently, my "don't open" cap, which I cracked like a year ago and fixed with super glue, has gave up and let the oil out. I touched and it just came apart. I am pretty sure no local shop will have it on stock, so I have to wait few days. In the meanwhile, does anybody knows what else can I use? like a generic cap of the same size... which size would that be? Lie, did you finally ordered yours or just super glued it? Javier. Guy on the phone at BikeBandit told me that the parts were at a warehouse, and wherever I got it from (online, dealer, etc) that the bike is so old that it's *very* unlikely anyone would have it in stock, and I'd have to wait for Honda to ship it to them, and then get it from them, and there's no close honda dealer that would be much faster than 2-day UPS. Honda is the bottleneck, and the ones charging absurd prices for OEM parts ($50 for a fuel hose -- really???).
