Yes too runs like crap but after i warmed it up it seemed to run good it also maybe i had trouble with starting do to a bad cdi box and no spark fixed that maybe to much fuel in the motor...have to try in the morning the bike is to load to try now neighbors won't like me firing the bike up at 10pm ...lol its quiet hood I'll check the Exhaust too..thanks james and yes the wire are correct i did the way the book said two checked four times do too the bad cdi box

You may have some plug wires crossed so that a cylinder or two isn't firing and the unburnt fuel is traveling out the exhaust and igniting when it hits the hot exhaust from the other cylinders. You could also have over- richened the mix which could cause similar issues.
