I,ve been in four accidents and none involve head, but my road rash quickly changed my mind about a good jacket and gloves. Both my knees will probably always carry the scars as a reminder. I was wearing a good leather jacket, cheap gloves and jeans. Jeans did not hold up, but that jacket saved my arms and back.
