There are actually a couple of Indy-shops that partner with on-line guys for the tires and they do the local install. That's here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Check this out as an example (local only) www.mototireguy.com
I run with the Bridgestone Battlax BT-45 and they're just fine (but I don't tear-up the twisties).
