There are suppliers who will ship tires you buy, direct to the installers they partners with, instead of to you.
You pick a dealer near you from an approved list at the time you buy the tires on-line, then all you have to do is show up at that dealer with the bike or the wheels. IIRC there was a price break, too. Wish I could remember a source, but I haven't shopped tires in good while.
