Yep, it's the one under the headlight. Just to jiggle the wires and test for
loose connection you don't have to take anything off. To take the fuseblock
off for cleaning you have to strip it down a bit. This is a common enough
problem with the 650s. The connectors aren't very tight and cause arcing and
may even melt the plastic a bit. When you take it a part disassemble the
female ends of the to connectors so you can bend the contacts out a bit,
this way when it goes back together it's a tighter connection. I've got pics
