I don't have a chart for a 90s era bike, but the same steps would apply. I always check for power from the battery, and then from each connection and switch up to the light. Both sides of the fuse block, the switch, every junction, etc. Also, just for sake of limiting variables, disconnect the cigarette lighter for now.
