Be super careful with clutch bolts. I've found them to break off EASILY. In 
fact, one broke off on me before it ever "hit" so that I could start 
torquing it! I've become an expert at drilling holes in bolts to get them 
out with easy-outs without ruining the threads as I've had to do it twice 
in the past month.

This has made me pretty shy about torquing them much at all.  When the 
bolts are loose, it seems to have a metallic rattle, almost like an Italian 
bike with a dry clutch I heard a while back.
