Another common problem after a carb job is the fuel line getting kinked or pinched. If you had the work done before winter, and let it set a while without adding stabilizer to the fuel and draining the carbs they may be blocked again. I'd take it back to see what they think, be polite, only get pissy as a last-ditch effort.
