Dennis you should get one of those sealed batteries, and forget about the acid levels. My 96 750 came with a Yuasa when I bought it more than 3 years ago, and it works like new every time, even now that I don't ride as often as I used to. That or put it upside down, whatever is easier. But remember that you also have to account by the change in the coriolis force. Javier.
